Jamie founded Origin after a career spent reshaping how the discipline is practised. He established the Innovation Hub at Heidrick & Struggles in Amsterdam, led the boutique firm Granger Reis through its disruptive growth, and is one of the architects of Kaiya.ai, the first AI assistant built for executive search. He sits on the board of Foresight, an AI startup working in complex mega-project risk.
